• Camera and Image Data: To perform Haemonchosis (anemia) detection using the FAMACHA scoring method, our app requires access to your device's camera. Images of livestock (goat/sheep) eyelids captured within the app are uploaded to our secure servers for AI analysis and expert review.
• Herd Management Data: Information you input regarding your animals (e.g., Tag IDs, Names) to maintain your diagnostic history.
• Feedback and Communications: Any messages or feedback you submit through the app's support/feedback portal.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes, including:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Anaemi Scan application.
• To process images through our Machine Learning model and return diagnostic results.
• To allow verified veterinary experts (Platform Administrators) to review your submitted images and provide corrected medical feedback.
• To manage your user account and maintain a historical log of your herd's health.
• To respond to your feedback, comments, and support requests.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following situations:

• With Expert Reviewers: Images and associated diagnostic logs flagged for review are shared securely with authorized veterinary administrators on our platform to provide you with expert feedback.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information and diagnostic logs only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Your Rights: You have the right to request the deletion of your account, associated herd data, and diagnostic images. You can request data deletion by contacting our support team or using the feedback feature within the app. Upon receiving a valid request, we will permanently delete your records and associated image files from our servers.

• Camera Access: Strictly used for capturing images of animal mucosal membranes for diagnostic analysis.
• Network/Internet Access: Required to communicate with our servers, upload images for analysis, and download historical data.

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions to remove that information.
